- A Limited OB Ultrasound: An ultrasound confirms that the pregnancy is progressing inside the uterus. If the pregnancy is growing outside the uterus, this is considered an ectopic pregnancy which the abortion procedure or pills cannot treat and requires immediate medical attention. An ultrasound also confirms the gestational age of the pregnancy which can inform what pregnancy options are available to you
- STI testing: STI testing can identify untreated sexually transmitted infections that may increase the risk of complications during or after an abortion. Knowing your status can help you make informed decisions about your health.
- Pregnancy Options Consultation: Meet one-on-one with a certified nurse to discuss your questions about abortion procedures, abortion pills, and applicable abortion laws. Your nurse can also provide information about available resources and support services if you choose to continue your pregnancy.
