Our telehealth nursing service is no-cost and completely confidential.
When Is Telehealth Available?
Our telehealth nurses are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST. To schedule your telehealth appointment, call us at 239-766-5977, and a member of our team will get you set up.
What to Expect After You Book
Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a telehealth consent form, step-by-step instructions, and your appointment link via email. Please take a moment to review everything before your appointment so you are ready to go when the time comes.
Setting Yourself Up for a Smooth Visit
A few simple things can make a big difference in the quality of your telehealth experience:
- Find a private space where you feel comfortable speaking openly
- Make sure you have a strong WiFi connection or access to a reliable data connection
- Check that your browser, whether Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or another, is fully up to date
- Take note of your lighting and background noise before the appointment begins

Your telehealth appointment works similarly to an in-person visit. While we do our best to see you as quickly as possible, there may be a brief wait once you log on. We appreciate your patience and want you to know that your time and your care are important to us.
